If you are not completely satisfied with your order, please initiate the return/exchange within 7 business days of the date of receipt. You can contact our office at 800-289-3289 or sales@faux-designs.com to receive an return authorization number to reference for item(s) being returned. Only unused, undamaged, and complete items in their original packaging are eligible for a refund. Discounted items are final sale.

 

A refund or exchange (excluding the cost of shipping, as well as a restocking fee) will be issued within 10 business days of the date the return is received.

The customer is responsible for the cost of the return freight.

Items eligible for return must be purchased from www.faux-designs.com and be accompanied by a copy of the original packing list or receipt.

Due to the delicate nature of our gift wrap, this product is not eligible for return or exchange.
